To solve your packaging challenges, we offer free 3D design drawings and professional customized solutions. Once the design is confirmed, we will complete sample making within 7 days, and cooperate with multiple major international couriers to mail the samples to you, ensuring the packaging fully meets your expectations. We will only start mass production when you are completely satisfied with the samples, giving you full peace of mind throughout the process.

We have a fully integrated production line, covering everything from sheet extrusion, mold customization to the rmoforming, packaging and logistics delivery—each link is seamlessly connected and operated in a standardized way, realizing efficient one-stop completion from raw materials to delivery. Equipped with 6 PET sheet extrusion lines, 2 PP sheet extrusion lines and our own mold center, we eliminate cost increases caused by outsourced materials. With a stable daily production capacity of 150 tons, we can quickly respond to urgent orders and help customers reduce packaging costs by 5% to 15%.

We boast 40 thermoforming production lines in total, including 4 original KIEFEL three-station positive and negative pressure integrated machines imported from Germany, 16three-station automatic production lines from well-known brands such as Mengxing and Adewor, and 20ordinary high-speed machines. These world-class equipment ensure high precision, consistent quality and excellent performance of our products, while efficiently meeting the tight delivery schedules of large-volume orders—we deliver both efficiency and quality in every batch.
